The date for making room reservations for the Annual Institute has been extended until May 19, when the EMLF room block will be released. You may still be able to reserve a room at the EMLF group rate after this date. Contact Anna email@example.com to inquire about government room rates.
Join us in Memphis for three days of networking events and continuing legal education on topical issues such as: the challenges and opportunities of the energy transition, recent updates in energy case law, the regulatory future in the Biden administration, and preparing for work after COVID-19. New speakers and panelists are still being added, so the agenda is subject to minor changes.
We are so looking forward to welcoming all our conference attendees in person in Memphis! While we always take safety at our events seriously, we will be implementing additional measures to limit the potential for transmission of COVID-19. Conference check-in will be touch-free, the conference classroom seating will be appropriately spaced, and social engagements will be organized so as to best protect the health of all attendees. In consultation with the hotel staff, and in accordance with public health directives, we will ask all attendees to wear masks and engage in social distancing. We also ask that all of our attendees monitor their health status and not attend if they are symptomatic or have a known exposure to COVID-19. In the event that exposure to or contraction of COVID-19 prevents any person from attending the conference, EMLF will relax its cancellation policy.
In order to ensure the safety of all attendees, EMLF and hotel staff will be enforcing this policy. Please contact Anna firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
