Membership Form

Please check this list to see if you work for one of the EMLF's sustaining members. If you do, all you need to do is use the membership form specifically for sustaining members to send us your information and you will be added to the EMLF membership. All employees of a sustaining member are covered by its membership.

Note: If you are joining as a Supporting Member or Sustaining Member, please have the main contact complete the membership application and then send an email with the necessary information for the remaining members (up to two more individuals for a Supporting membership or unlimited for Sustaining members).

Include the person's full name, nickname, title, address, phone, fax, email address and bar membership. You may include the information in the body of the email or attach a Word document.

Membership Information

Please choose your user name, password (minimum of six characters) and type of membership. Username and password are case sensitive.

Select membership category and if you select Associate, you also need to select that type of Associate membership.
Sustaining Member:  Law firms, consulting firms, corporations that want to list more than 3 members.   $2,200
Supporting Member:  Law firms, consulting firms and corporations with 3 or fewer designated members   $1,100
Contributing Member:  Solo Practitioner, Trade or Professional Association, and Individual Member of Law Firm or Company   $425
Associate Member:  Law School, Full Time Law Faculty, Landman, Full Time Government Employee, Retiree, Young Lawyer (1-3 years in practice)   $100
