EMLF’s 42nd Annual Institute will be held June 20-22, 2021, at The Peabody Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. This annual summer conference is a two-day continuing legal education program. The sessions cover a wide variety of topical legal issues for energy and mineral law practitioners including commercial, regulatory, title, labor and employment, ethics, litigation and practical skills, risk management, and others, and usually includes a case law and market update. The Annual Institute attracts attorneys and energy professionals from all over the country to great destination locations and features a wide varieties of fun networking opportunities for attendees.
