Sponsorship Opportunities Available for Kentucky Mineral Law Conference

First, let me say a word of thanks to our annual sponsors who have already jumped on board for the Kentucky Mineral Law Conference.  Unfortunately, I made a mistake and accidentally left one of our valued Production Patrons, Dinsmore & Shohl, off of the conference brochure. Dinsmore & Shohl has long been a great patron of EMLF and we are so thankful for their continued support!

The Kentucky Mineral Law Conference is just a few weeks away and we have some exciting conference-specific sponsorship opportunities available.

Last year’s Kentucky Mineral Law Conference had approximately 180 attendees, who were nearly evenly split between corporate personnel, law firm attorneys, and government and non-profit attorneys, professors and students.  So, sponsoring is a great chance to get your name and logo before a wide variety of folks!

New for this conference is the opportunity to put your logo on the coffee sleeves at the hospitality station.  Instead of burning their fingers, our attendees will see your firm or company name each time they grab a cup! This sponsorship is only $1,000 and is available on a first come, first served basis to only one sponsor.  Coffee cup sponsors will also receive the same benefits as our other sponsorship levels – logo placement on conference displays, patron recognition for attendees, and more!

Other available and exclusive sponsorships for the Kentucky Mineral Law Conference include putting your logo on the nametag lanyards that each attendee will wear, or providing notepads to each attendee.  We won’t have a hosted lunch this year, but consider sponsoring a continental breakfast or snack break!  And of course, the networking reception is always a popular choice!  A full list of our sponsorship levels is available here.

Many of these sponsorships are exclusive so please let me know as soon as you can which opportunity you’d like to take advantage of!

With appreciation for your always generous support of EMLF,

Anna
