As a visitor, you have access to
the EMLF White Papers which are chapters from the various proceedings
of the Annual Institutes of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.
Each chapter is a PDF file and
viewable and searchable with Adobe Acrobat Reader through Internet
Explorer and Netscape browsers. You will either be able to view the
file immediately (depending on what browser you are using), or you will
first need to download the file and then view it. In either case you
will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The chapters are from publications
during the years 1991 to 2007. Excerpts of the chapters are free - simply click on the chapter title and it will bring you to a window that includes a link for the free preview download;
downloads of the entire chapter are $10 each. Chapters from 1991 to 1996 have been converted
into PDF files from HTML and so are not as graphically attractive;
later chapters are PDF files of the actual printed volumes.
