You are invited to submit topics and speaker suggestions on a wide variety of subjects, including - but not limited to - oil and gas, midstream, natural gas transmission, pipelines, LNG, natural gas liquids, petrochemicals, coal and other mining, Public Land use, rail transportation, electric power generation and distribution, energy efficiency, renewable energy, emissions trading programs, environmental law and regulation, bankruptcy, energy policy, contracts, leases and other transactions, ethics, landman issues, mineral titles and real property, labor and employment, occupational safety and mine safety and health, litigation, power purchase contracts - whatever issues you would like to see addressed.
Topic proposals should provide an adequate description of the legal issues to be covered so that the topic can be fully evaluated. If you have questions regarding any of these requirements, you are encouraged to contact the EMLF before submitting a topic proposal by emailing Sharon Daniels.

The chapter is due at the time of the Annual Institute.
