Those interested in the energy and mineral law industries have many opportunities annually for expanding their knowledge. The Energy & Mineral Law Foundation hosts at least three meetings a year: the Annual Institute, the Mid-Winter Workshops on Energy Law, and the Kentucky Mineral Law Conference.
Special institutes round out the offerings - Mine Safety and Health Law, Titles, Coal Law and others. The EMLF also co-sponsors events throughout the country. EMLF members receive substantial discounts on registration fees.
The EMLF fosters the study of the laws and regulations related to natural resource development and energy use through its varied programs. The Foundation is an Accredited Provider of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education programs, AAPL and other professional recertification credits, and provides opportunities for professional development.
We invite you to review past programs so you can learn more about the education offerings of the Foundation - and also check out our meeting schedule so you can make plans to join us at our next conference/
