There are several levels of membership for those wanting to join EMLF.  We have two corporate levels of membership:  Sustaining and Supporting.  A Sustaining Membership, with dues of $2200, covers all of a firm or company's employees.  The firm is requested to send a list of the individuals it wants included in the Directory.  A Supporting Membership requires dues of $1100 and entitles a firm or company to designate three employees as members.

Individuals and select organizations, such as law schools or professional associations, would fall under the category of either a Contributing Member or an Associate Member. Attorneys (having practiced 3 years or more), industry executives and a trade or professional association should join as a Contributing Member, at a cost of $425 per calendar year. Associate Membership, with dues of $100, is open to law schools, full time law school faculty, landmen, government employees, retirees, and young lawyers (less than 3 years in practice). Membership dues for law students are $20.

Membership benefits include substantial discounts on registration fees, a free copy of the annual publication Energy & Mineral Law Institute, access to EMLF white papers, free of charge, EMLF Online Newsletter, free Membership Directory and free listing with your contact information on the Foundation's web site.
