CLE credits for
27th Annual Institute

The following states require attendees to complete a "Certificate of Attendance" for each state in which they wish to claim credit, and return it to the registration desk at the conclusion of the institute.  The Foundation will forward the Certificates to the appropriate organizations.  You must return these certificates to the Foundation at the conclusion of the institute to obtain credit!  Additional certificates are available at the registration desk.  Check with the registration desk for any states or organizations not listed.

The states listed below have special requirements and individual reporting records. CLE forms and/or computer cards are available at the registration desk, and attorneys must complete and return appropriate attendance records to EMLF immediately following the institute. Self-reporting must complete CLE attendance records and attorneys must report their own credits to the appropriate CLE board.

Attorneys must complete and return the North Carolina Certificate of attendance, along with a check payable to the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation at $2.25 per credit hour to the EMLF registration desk at the conclusion of the institute. Payment must accompany the North Carolina Certificate of Attendance to obtain credit.

Pennsylvania 8.0 general credits and 2.0 ethics credits, total of 10.0 credits Attorneys must complete and return the Pennsylvania Certificate of attendance, along with a check payable to the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation at $1.50 per credit hour to the EMLF registration desk at the conclusion of the institute. Payment must accompany the Pennsylvania Certificate of Attendance to obtain credit.
