    Accommodations

    The conference will be at the Lago Mar Resort and Club, 1700 South Ocean Lane, Fort Lauderdale, FL, which has a conference rate of $255 for a one-bedroom suite, plus state and local taxes, and a daily gratuity charge of $6. Check-in time is 4 p.m.;Lago Mar Resort check-out is noon on the day of departure. Based on availability, this rate will apply two days before and two days after the dates of the workshop. Guest room reservations may be canceled without penalty seven (7) days or more prior to confirmed arrival. Cancellations occurring less than seven days of arrival date will be charged a one night's room occupancy and tax as liquidated damages.     Registration

    EMLF full conference registration fee includes meeting materials, educational sessions, hosted receptions on Thursday and Friday, coffee breaks and Saturday morning brunch. Guest registration includes hosted receptions on Thursday and Friday, and Saturday morning brunch. Registration form available as a PDF and online.

    EMLF Registration Cancellation Policy
    Refunds less a $75 administrative fee will be given for written registration cancellations received by January 5. No registration refunds will be made after January 5, but substitutions can be made without charge by calling the EMLF office at 859.231.0271. EMLF Members who must cancel their registration may credit the fee, less the $75, toward a future EMLF program.
