Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) Vacated Today the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit vacated the CAIR program and the associated Federal Implementation Plan and remanded both to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Mine Safety & Health Law Special Institute - September 20 Scheduled to coincide with the National Mining Association s MINExpo International 2008 in Las Vegas, the EMLF and RMMLF will co-sponsor a one-day Mine Safety & Health Law program at the Las Vegas Hilton on Saturday, September 20, prior to the opening of MINExpo. The program provides 360 minutes of Continuing Legal Education (CLE), equal to approximately 6 CLE hours in 60-minutes states and 7.2 CLE hours in 50-minute states.
