U.S. Supreme Court Decisions - April 2

In an unanimous decision, the Supreme Court vacated and remanded the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that Duke Energy Corp. did not violate clean air laws.  See Environmental Defense v. Duke Energy Corp

In another case,  Massachussetts v. EPA, the Supreme Court held that EPA has authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from cars under the Clean Air Act.
